The State of Arkansas, ARDOT, and its officers, employees, agents, vendors, or third party service providers do not represent, promise, or warrant that the ARCORS is or will be free of defects or that
uninterrupted access to or use of the ARCORS is or will be available. In preparation of this RTCM and CMR Broadcast Service, ARDOT has endeavored to offer current, correct, and clearly expressed information.
Nevertheless, errors may occur. ARDOT expressly disclaims any liability, of any kind, or for any reason, that might otherwise arise out of any use of the RTCM and/or CMR information broadcast by this service.
ARDOT disclaims any responsibility for typographical errors or inaccuracies of the information provided or contained within the broadcast message. ARDOT makes no warranties or representations whatsoever
regarding the quality, content, completeness, suitability, adequacy, sequence, accuracy, or timeliness of the information and data provided by this service. If misleading, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate
information is discovered, User agrees to bring it to ARDOT’s attention immediately so that efforts may be made to fix or remove it. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine the quality, accuracy, and suitability,
of the service provided. The User shall agree not to disclose any information regarding TCP/IP addresses to any other entity without the express written consent of ARDOT. To gain access to the ARCORS network,
the authorized representative of the User must provide all of the information requested herein, sign, date, and return this document to the address below. ARDOT will provide general information necessary
for a User to connect to the system. Detailed configuration for the specific hardware used to connect to the system is the responsibility of the User. No support for hardware and software necessary to make
the connection will be provided by ARDOT. After ARDOT processes the completed agreement you will be provided with a username and password that will allow User access to the ARCORS network.
At this time this service is provided free of charge, however ARDOT reserves the right to assess fees in the future if it becomes necessary for ARCORS network maintenance and upgrade costs.

JURISDICTION

Use of this service is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Disclaimer is determined to be void or unenforceable by a court or agency of proper jurisdiction, then the remaining provisions not void or unenforceable shall remain in full force and effect.
